Our products are unique and made to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once a Purchase is placed, it is automatically passed for fulfilment and a Buyer can no longer edit the details of the Purchase or cancel it. If the shipment details are incorrect, or the Buyer ordered the wrong size or color, we are not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

In some cases, it might be possible to update shipping information when the Purchase is not yet shipped, but there is no guarantee of such possibility.
